This is how God turns defeats into amazing victory.
The Bible is full of stories of redeemed failures.
Someone has failed, been disappointed, lost everything, and then….God turns it around!
That may be you today—no hope, deep disappointment, and no way out.
There is ALWAYS a way out!
Here are the ways God completely changes your defeats into a glorious victory:
1. Relationships
God will give you a person who can mentor you.
Someone has been through what you are going through. A mentor, a coach, a friend who has been where you are.
Ask God for that relationship. When you find that person, keep walking with them. Don’t waste their experience.
God uses the failures of others to help us overcome our failures.
2. Favor
God will give you a person who has the power to bless you.
Certain people hold certain keys. They have been put in a position. They have vast resources.
Maybe you sat by them on a plane, or they are friends with your cousin. With God, there is nothing “chance.”
Favor is a key individual who takes an interest in your deepest need and makes it their goal to bless you.
3. Reputation
God will let people know the hidden gems of your character.
You may feel like a failure but your character in that failure has not escaped the watchful eyes of others.
You told the truth. You worked very hard. You sacrificed. You kept a great attitude.
People notice those qualities. It causes them to want to help you even if you fail. Leave the results to God.
He has people whose eyes have seen your character and will stop at nothing to help you win.
4. Circumstances
God will work behind the scenes to remove whoever is blocking your success.
What seemed hopeless all of a sudden became possible.
“For it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure.” (Philippians 2: 13)
He removed Goliath with a small stone from David.
He removed Pharaoh at the shore of the Red Sea.
He is going to shift your circumstances so that what looked like a hopeless failure becomes a glorious victory!
Look for that mentoring relationship.
Prepare for that person of favor.
Guard your personal reputation.
Believe for a shift in circumstances.
It’s not hopeless. It’s not over. It’s God at work.
